Welcome to the TAG app. By using the app you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is an electronic platform that acts as an intermediary between travelers, travel agencies, and tourism service providers, allowing travel packages and visa offers to be displayed and enabling communication between the parties.

• The agency is fully responsible for the accuracy of the offers, prices, and information it publishes.
• The agency is responsible for delivering the services agreed upon with the client.
• Publishing misleading, false, or non-compliant offers is prohibited.

• The user must provide accurate information when registering or communicating.
• The user is responsible for verifying the offer details before concluding any agreement or making any payment.
• Misuse of the app or publishing any inappropriate content is prohibited.

TAG provides a platform for displaying driver information and facilitating communication between drivers and travelers. The app's role is limited to intermediary facilitation only and it is not a party to any agreement or transaction between the traveler and the driver.

The traveler and the driver bear full responsibility for the agreement, service, payment, and any dispute arising between them. TAG is not responsible for the quality, performance, cancellation, timing, or pricing of the service, or for any damages or losses resulting from direct dealings between the parties.

The user is responsible for verifying the driver's information and agreeing with the driver, and is advised not to transfer any money before meeting the driver and the service has actually started in the destination country.

• Communication between the user and the agency may take place through external means such as WhatsApp or direct calls.
• The app is not a party to any financial transaction that takes place outside the platform.
• The app is not responsible for any losses or disputes arising between the traveler and the agency.

• Users may rate agencies after experiencing the service.
• The app administration may remove any fake, abusive, or misleading reviews.

• The app may suspend or delete any non-compliant account.
• Agencies may be required to upload the necessary verification documents and licenses.

The app offers the "Musafer Plus" membership as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store, subject to the following terms:

• The subscription name, duration (monthly or yearly), and price are shown on the subscription screen before purchase is completed.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of its term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage the subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.

• The app does not guarantee visa approvals, booking availability, or the accuracy of all published information.
• The app bears no responsibility for agreements concluded outside the app.

The app administration may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
